Preparation for our carpet cleaning visit.

• Pets might not like the noise of our industrial strength machines.
• Please ensure that they are placed in another room or outside.
• We ask all customers {if they are able} to prepare the room for steam cleaning by removing all small objects from the room potted plants, toys. lift computers and printers off the floor.
• On inspection of the carpet please point out any stains and the cause of the stains if you know. Paint, make-up coffee etc.

We use he following steps when we steam clean your carpets and upholstery.
Pre inspection of your carpets. This ensures that your cleaning technician is using the right detergent and the machine is set to between 70/95 degrees which achieves the best cleaning and drying times.

Vacuum. when we vacuum the carpets this removes any loose soil which enables your carpet the best steam clean.

Pre Spot Stains. Michael /Paul will apply a heavy duty spot lifter to any stains that they think will be a problem to remove. Oil, Make up crayon and paint.
we then will Steam Clean and deodorize your carpets and upholstery giving the heavy traffic areas such as the entrance area of the room and in front of the couches where the carpet gets trampled down.

Post Spot Clean. After the cleaning any spots that remain we will try to clean with our spot remover. While some stains cannot be removed we guarantee that over 90% of stains will be removed. No cleaning company can guarantee that every stain can be cleaned.

We then replace the furniture and place protection under the legs of the chairs and tables.If a customer is getting multiply rooms cleaned we will place a industrial air mover in the room to speed up the drying time before we move on to the next room that needs to be cleaned.

After we leave. Please ensure that your children do not play on the carpets are totally dry. Do not remove any protectors we have placed under the legs of the furniture for 24 hours. Some carpets will dry faster than other carpets. Please be careful when you walk from a carpet to a tiled floor.
