Paul arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do and told me the wool rugs were going to take longer to dry than non wool rugs. He did a great job.

Preparation for Cleaning Visit

Preparation for Cleaning Visit

To prepare for the visit of our cleaning operators we ask that you lift any small objects, papers, toys laptops from the floor. We ask that you put any pets into another room or outside while the carpet cleaner is cleaning your fine furnishings.

After we leave we ask that you do not walk on your carpets with out door shoes. the carpets may be damp and any soil on the bottom of your shoes can transfer to the carpet

Any carpet protector we put under the legs of your furniture should remain for at least 24 hours.

If it is a warm day you can leave any windows or doors open while the carpets and upholstery are drying. the circulation of air will improve the drying time.

For home spot removal we recommend that the first thing you use is water. Remove any excess material and spray water (not too much moisture), pat the stain (never rub the stain) and repeat. A lot of the stain removers in the shop are nothing but water, detergent and bleach which you will have no way of extracting which will then damage the fibers of the carpet.
